Update: Your response contains factual inaccuracies. Our child never entered any cabin deck or private accommodation. He was simply on the grass near the kangaroos. As visitors unfamiliar with your park’s rules, we were walking to reception to ask for guidance when your staff shouted “NOW!” at us from around 30 metres away. We never questioned your right to ask us to leave. Our concern has always been the way your staff treated us. Extremely rude and hostile staff. I drove here with my family and young children just hoping to see kangaroos as recommended by Google Maps. My sister stepped out and told staff we’d only stay for a moment. Once we realized a booking might be required, I responsibly walked towards the reception to politely ask and inquire about it. Instead of explaining nicely, the staff aggressively yelled "NOW!" at us while pointing to the exit, forcing us out. Disgusting customer service and a deeply traumatizing experience for the kids. It felt highly discriminatory and completely uncalled for. We were ready to cooperate and ask questions, but we were treated with pure hostility.

Hi At Beachcomber, we are deeply committed to protecting the safety of our guests and the well-being of the native wildlife that calls our park home. For clarity, we have clear signage at our entrance stating that the park grounds are reserved for registered guests, and we provide a clearly labelled public car park for those wishing to access the beach. On this occasion, your vehicle bypassed these signs and parked inside the property boundaries on a lawn area. Members of your group then walked through occupied campsites, a child went onto cabin decks, and an inquiry was made at reception about purchasing food to feed the wildlife, which is strictly prohibited to protect the animals. Because our priority is maintaining a secure, peaceful environment for the guests staying with us, unregistered visitors who bypass our parameters are firmly asked to leave. We welcome visitors from all walks of life, and our guidelines apply equally to everyone to ensure a safe experience for all."

Clean amenities, great location close to ocean and lake, and friendly very cute Red Necked Wallabies were a special treat compared to the normal Eastern Grey Kangaroos encountered in most caravan parks.

Been holidaying here for 43 years and we've never had a bad holiday, even when the park flooded we rode bodyboards down the hill. Absolute paradise.
